❓ Do you move furniture during a move-out cleaning?

No. For safety reasons, our team does not move heavy furniture such as beds, couches, dressers, or appliances. We clean around and under them as far as our tools can reach.
Pro tip: If possible, move all furniture out before we arrive so we can deliver the deepest, most detailed clean.

❓ What if my home isn’t completely empty yet?

For best results, move-out cleaning should be done in a completely empty home. If boxes, furniture, or belongings are left behind, our team may not be able to clean those areas fully.

❓ Can you still clean if I’m moving while you’re there?

Yes, we can clean while movers are working, but it can limit what we’re able to do. If movers, boxes, or large furniture are in the way, we will clean around them to the best of our ability. For the deepest clean, schedule after everything is moved out.

❓ What happens if I sign the agreement but there’s still furniture left?

By signing our Move-Out Cleaning Agreement, you acknowledge that Triple J Cleaning of Omaha is not responsible for areas left uncleaned due to heavy furniture, personal items, or inaccessibility.
